Milla was engaged in decidedly less glamorous pursuits on Tuesday, as she and husband Paul Anderson took their daughter Ever to a pumpkin patch in West Hollywood.Milla certainly didn’t look her usual exquisite self, dressed for the outing in shapeless striped pants and a dark green singlet top.
Milla appeared practically make-up free, and her hair hung flatly around her face.Milla smiled as she picked out a giant pumpkin, hauling it from the patch with both arms.Milla’s husband, film director Anderson, held their daughter Ever’s hand as she skipped alongside him.

Ever, who turns five next month, looked adorable in a ragamuffin outfit of an over-sized mustard shirt and floral skirt over black leggings.
Her dad was dressed casually but looked smart in tan chinos and a matching jacket over a cream shirt.The trio also brought along their dog, a giant Schnauzer called Oliver Cromwell, which Milla later walked on a leash.
