Synopsis
Story centers on a woman who barely survives an attack by a serial killer and wakes up in hospital with a head injury that leaves her “face-blind.” No longer able to recognize faces, she must navigate a world in which facial features change each time she loses sight of them. Faces in the Crowd marks writer-director Julien Magnat’s English-language debut. Milla Jovovich stars in the lead role as an as-of-yet unnamed face-blind woman and murder witness.
Film and entertainment news website Variety confirmed Milla’s involvement in the production in October 2009. According to Milla via her Twitter account @MillaJovovich, filming began May 7 2010 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
